It’s grilling season and if you’re like me and love to grill, but hate using store bought sauces and marinade because of the high fructose corn syrup and salt content try this:

1 Egg, well-beatenGrilled_Chicken

1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup Cider Vinegar

1 1/2 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning

1 Tsp. Pepper

Mix well.

Pour over chicken pieces.

Marinade for an hour or longer in refrigerator.

Makes enough for about 4 pieces of boneless chicken breast.
